Amy is a Licensed Massage Therapist. She completed the Professional Bodywork & Massage Therapy program at Cortiva Institute School of Muscle Therapy in King of Prussia PA in 2011 and has been working as a massage therapist ever since.

During school and through many subsequent continuing education courses, Amy discovered an appreciation for myofascial release. This technique focuses on relieving pain in the thick connective tissues that support your muscles. It can be especially effective for individuals with physical trauma, scarring, inflammation, compressed nerves and repetitive stress injuries.

Along with myofascial release, Amy’s massage style favors deep tissue sculpting and neuromuscular positioning in combination with appropriate stretching and postural applications.
