client success stories

Success is defined as an accomplishment of an aim or purpose.

Here at EPT, we see success unfold in many ways. This includes managing weight, changing body composition, building a better relationship with food, developing sustainable eating patterns, reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety, and also improving strength, balance, and flexibility.

This section is all about success. Our clients come from all stages in life and with all kinds of fitness needs. We appreciate that they chose to partner with EPT. We are truly honored to play a role in their success. Kudos to our dedicated clients. We applaud your hard work and consistency!

Maryana

We’re so excited to showcase Maryana M. as our May Client of the Month!

Maryana came to EPT completely new to training and jumped right in with an incredible work ethic. From day one, she has worked hard, stayed consistent, and brought her own unique energy to every session—sunshine, joy, and yes, a few well-timed eye rolls along the way. She keeps her trainer laughing every session, which makes the work even more enjoyable.

From the start, she was determined to feel stronger, improve her energy, support her core and pelvic health, and feel better in her body overall. What’s stood out most is how consistently she’s shown up and put in the work, even on the days when it wasn’t easy.

Her progress is a great example of what steady, consistent effort can achieve:

  • Waist: Down 2.78 inches
One of the most meaningful markers of improved health and core strength.

  • Leg Press: 85 → 160 lb
A huge jump in lower-body strength, making everyday movements feel easier and more supported.

  • Modified Push-Ups: 0 → 24 reps
An incredible improvement in upper-body strength and confidence.

  • Plank: 1:00 → 3:35
More than tripled — a major win for core stability and control.

  • Balance (Single Leg):
    Right: 1:08 → 3:09
    Left: :34 → 2:16
Strong gains in stability that carry over into everyday movement and injury prevention.

But beyond the numbers, Maryana now has the energy to take walks with her family and still have something left in the tank for the rest of the day. That’s the kind of progress that truly matters.

She’s built a strong foundation with her training, and now that she’s delved into the nutrition course, we’re excited to see that progress continue to build even more.

Maryana, we’re incredibly proud of you. Your consistency, effort, and willingness to keep showing up are what make all the difference. Keep going—it’s working.
