We are thrilled to announce our very first Client of the Year, Ginny R!
In the last 5 years, we’ve had several amazing stories and unforgettable moments. We have often considered selecting a Client of the Year. Well, now we have a winner by a landslide. No debate or discussion was needed. Everyone enthusiastically agreed that Ginny deserves the 2025 title.
At EPT, we aren’t sure that we’ve ever seen anything to rival Ginny’s incredible accomplishments. At 75, Ginny can surpass our trainers in several feats of strength. It’s remarkable for someone her age.
Take a good look at these impressive accomplishments this past year:
-
15-minute bodyweight plank
-
9:00 plank with a 42lb weight vest
-
3:05 100lb plank
-
50 pushups
-
2:06 500m row time
-
Decrease of 21lbs
-
Improved Single Leg Stand by 170%!
Not only has Ginny shocked us with her strength and weight loss, but her quality of life has also improved significantly. She has fewer symptoms of anxiety and depression and just this year, her doctor took her completely off blood pressure medications. Ginny is also sleeping better and reports having more energy throughout the day. She has stepped outside her comfort zone, engaging in vigorous activities such as fly fishing, hiking and horseback riding.
How can a 75-year-old woman make such progress in just one year? The answer is hard work and dedication. Consistency is key. Ginny is by far our most faithful client, missing only 0.07% of her scheduled workouts. Yes, you read that right, Ginny has missed less than 1% of her scheduled sessions in 2025.
On top of consistency, Ginny is wisely combining exercise with good nutrition. To that end, she is currently watching our 10-part Sustainable Nutrition Series. Positive dietary changes have resulted in a loss of 21lbs since March.
Ginny is a real-life example that it is never too late to start, you’re never too old to make progress, and that hard work and consistency pay off.
Please join EPT in congratulating Ginny on her amazing achievements. Keep up the great work!
