Success is defined as an accomplishment of an aim or purpose.

Here at EPT, we see success unfold in many ways. This includes managing weight, changing body composition, building a better relationship with food, developing sustainable eating patterns, reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety, and also improving strength, balance, and flexibility.

This section is all about success. Our clients come from all stages in life and with all kinds of fitness needs. We appreciate that they chose to partner with EPT. We are truly honored to play a role in their success. Kudos to our dedicated clients. We applaud your hard work and consistency!

Colleen R. is our April Client of the Month

Please join us in celebrating Colleen R. as our Client of the Month! Since beginning her journey with EPT on September 23, 2025, Colleen has shown unwavering commitment to her health, strength, and overall, well-being. She came in with clear goals — to feel healthier, increase her energy, and build stronger shoulders — and she has surpassed every expectation through consistency and a truly inspiring work ethic.

Colleen approaches every session with focus and determination. Her progress reflects that dedication. She has embraced strength training, improved her nutrition habits, increased her daily movement, and stayed consistent with her workouts. Colleen’s results speak for themselves — not only in her physical changes, but in her energy, confidence, and performance.

  • Weight: 218.7 lbs. → 193.6 lbs. A remarkable 25.1 lb. loss — over 11% of her bodyweight.

  • Waist: 41 in → 32.5 - an outstanding 8.5 inch decrease — one of the strongest indicators of metabolic health is waist circumference.

  • Sit & Reach: 15 cm → 26.5 cm +11.5 cm — huge gains in hamstring and lower-back mobility.

  • Leg Press: 160 lbs. → 190 lbs. +30 lbs. — stronger quads, glutes, and overall lower-body power.

  • Push-Ups: Maintained reps while increasing difficulty by 50% - A true sign of increased strength endurance.

  • Plank: 42 sec → 2:30 More than tripled — incredible core stability progress.

Congratulations, Colleen. Keep pushing, keep showing up, and keep believing in what you’re capable of. We’re incredibly proud of you!
