Here at EPT, we see success unfold in many ways. This includes managing weight, changing body composition, building a better relationship with food, developing sustainable eating patterns, reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety, and also improving strength, balance, and flexibility.

Angad

Please join us in celebrating Angad P. as our June Client of the Month. Angad started training with EPT in September of 2023. His goals were to increase muscle mass, strength and bodyweight.  He has made incredible strides along the way.

As a child, Angad lost both of his upper limbs in an accident. As a client, his perseverance and determination are second to none. Angad shows up ready to give 100% at each session. He is a pleasure to work with.


At the start of this year, Angad bumped up his training from 2 x a week to 3 x per week. This increase has made a big difference, as reflected in the following results:

  • Chest: 83cm -> 87cm

  • Weight: 118.8lbs -> 121.1lbs

  • Single Leg Stand on Dynadisc: 10s -> 2:35

  • Plank: 2:00 -> 2:05 (20lb weight vest)

  • Leg Press: 180lbs -> 360lbs

  • Chest Press: 47lbs -> 53lbs

  • Lat Pulldown: 33lbs -> 47lbs

  • Waist: 83cm -> 78cm
