Lynda A. is our March 2026 Client of the Month!
Lynda began training with us in October 2021. Five years later, she is easily one of the most consistent and committed clients at EPT, earning her the prestigious Client of the Month title for the 2nd time! Lynda trains 4 days a week. She always prioritizes exercise by scheduling virtual sessions with her trainer when she is out of town.

· Leg Press: 110 lb. → 250 lb. (↑ 78%)
· Lat Pulldown: 40 lb. → 85 lb. (↑ 72%)
· Progressed from incline to regular pushups
· Decreased 3.75 inches in waist circumference
· Improved HRR (Heart Rate Recovery shows how the faster your heart calms down after exercise, the healthier and more resilient your body tends to be)
For Lynda, health is clearly a top priority, and her journey reflects this. For example, she was one of the first clients to complete our 10-part Sustainable Nutrition video series.
