Since beginning her journey with EPT on September 23, 2025, Colleen has shown unwavering commitment to her health, strength, and overall, well-being. Weight: 218.7 lbs. → 193.6 lbs. A remarkable 25.1 lb. loss — over 11% of her bodyweight.
Waist: 41 in → 32.5 - an outstanding 8.5 inch decrease — one of the strongest indicators of metabolic health is waist circumference.
Sit & Reach: 15 cm → 26.5 cm +11.5 cm — huge gains in hamstring and lower-back mobility.
Leg Press: 160 lbs. → 190 lbs. +30 lbs. — stronger quads, glutes, and overall lower-body power.
Push-Ups: Maintained reps while increasing difficulty by 50% - A true sign of increased strength endurance.
Plank: 42 sec → 2:30 More than tripled — incredible core stability progress.
