Amy Kha BS, NASM-CPT, Pn1, CFNP
Amy is the Operational Leader at EPT.
She divides her time between managing the training team whiles also providing personal training and nutrition services to clients.
Amy graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Kinesiology is the scientific study of human movement, which makes Amy an expert in understanding the biomechanics of exercise.
After graduating, Amy earned her certified personal training (CPT) from the prestigious National Academy for Sports Medicine (NASM) and then pursued her Functional Nutrition Certification (CFNP).
This nutritional certification allows Amy to provide nutritional counseling from a holistic perspective.
Amy has a diverse clientele which allows her to utilize her knowledge of musculoskeletal systems to analyze each client's abilities with training.
She specializes in resistance and functional training and has a keen ability to prescribe, customize, progress and monitor exercise programs. This allows her clients to achieve their goals in a safe and effective manner. Training with Amy will improve your everyday movement, build strength, improve flexibility and promote overall health and wellness.
Rather than prescribing rigid and fad diets or simply addressing symptoms with nutritional changes, Amy helps clients make permanent nutritional changes by developing healthy habits that are safe, sound, scientific and sustainable.
