Amy is the Operations Manager at EPT
Amy divides her time between managing the clinical team while also providing personal training and nutrition services to EPT's clients.

She graduated from Temple University with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. Kinesiology is the scientific study of human movement, which makes her an expert in understanding the biomechanics of exercise.
​
After graduating, Amy obtained her personal training certification (CPT) from the prestigious National Academy for Sports Medicine (NASM). This certification is NCAA-accredited and in the fitness industry, NCAA accreditation is the gold standard.
In addition, she is also a Certified Functional Nutritionist (CFNP). This nutritional certification allows Amy to provide nutrition counseling from a holistic perspective.
Rather than prescribing rigid and fad diets or only addressing symptoms, Amy helps clients make permanent nutritional changes by developing healthy habits that are safe, sound, scientific and sustainable.
Amy has a diverse clientele which allows her to utilize her knowledge of musculoskeletal systems to analyze each client's abilities while training.

She has a keen ability to prescribe, customize, progress and monitor exercise programs. This allows her clients to achieve their goals in a safe and effective manner. Training with Amy will improve your everyday movement and flexibility, build strength, improve body composition, and promote overall health and wellness.
